Which Orange County cities do you serve?
All of them. Our therapists travel to families in north, central, south and coastal Orange County, from Anaheim, Yorba Linda and Brea to Irvine, Mission Viejo and San Clemente. Our main office is in Anaheim Hills (92808) and our Irvine office is open by appointment.
Does my insurance cover ABA therapy in Orange County?
In most cases yes. California requires state-regulated health plans to cover behavioral health treatment for children with an autism diagnosis. We are in network with Anthem Blue Cross and Aetna and welcome private-pay families. We check your benefits and handle the authorization paperwork for you.
Is therapy in our home or at a center?
In-home is our main model. Skills taught where they are needed, at the kitchen table, at bedtime, on the way to school, tend to stick. We also work in the community and in schools, and offer telehealth parent coaching when that fits your family better.
How long is the wait to start?
We do not run a waitlist. Once your diagnosis and physician referral are in place, the timeline is set by insurance authorization rather than by our capacity. Call (657) 678-9020 and we will give you a realistic start date on the first conversation.
What other help is available to Orange County families?
The Regional Center of Orange County coordinates services for people with developmental disabilities, including early intervention for children under three, respite and service coordination, at no charge for intake. Your school district provides special education from age three through an IEP. Insurance-funded ABA, Regional Center services and school support are independent, so many families use all three.
